Do you deliver and install at home? Yes - we deliver, set up, and demonstrate usage.

Many policies cover it under domiciliary/home healthcare - confirm with your insurer. We provide the documents you need to claim.
Hygiene, Safety & Maintenance
Is the equipment clean and safe?
Yes - sanitised, tested, and inspected before every delivery.
What if it stops working during my rental? Contact us - we repair or replace faulty units promptly at no extra cost. Servicing is included.
Do you carry out safety checks? Yes - for longer rentals and heavy items like beds and oxygen systems.
Changes, Returns & Buying
Can I extend my rental? Yes - just tell us before the term ends.
Can I return early? Yes. But no refund applicable on rentals.
What if the device doesn't suit the patient? Contact us - we'll arrange a more suitable one.
Can I buy instead — or buy the one I've rented?
